Taking the time to make real potato gratin from scratch is well-worth the effort. This recipe is easy to make and will compliment a variety of meat entreés. It can also be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated until time to bake!
INGREDIENTS:
6 lg red potatoes
4 cloves garlic, halved
3/4 cup buttermilk
4 tbs butter
3/4 cup Parmesan, fresh grated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 loaf French bread
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs Ms. Dash Seasoning
1 stick butter
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
