BBQ Worth Braggin’ About

This recipe is just great for feeding a crowd and we’ve never fed it to anyone who didn’t like it and come back for seconds! If you like your BBQ a bit spicier, double up on the jalapeño peppers!

INGREDIENTS:
4 Tbs vegetable oil
1 large white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeño peppers
(seeded and finely chopped)
3 lbs lean beef chuck roast
(cut into 2-inch pieces)
2 boneless pork butt
(cut into 1-in pieces)
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups beef broth
1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
1 16-oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp ground coriander
2 bay leaves
2 tsp ground cumin
2 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
small flour tortillas
white and red onion
bread and butter pickle slices
