We made this recipe for Oprah’s personal chef, Art Smith, during a Celebrity Chef event at Gaylord Opryland. He was so impressed that he vowed to make it for himself, and Oprah!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
2 10.5-ounce cans beef consommé
2 cups water (or beef broth for more flavor)
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1 head bok choy, sliced in thin strips
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 green onions, diced
