1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
white pepper and salt, to taste
2 tbs. minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups Heinz ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Chablis wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Tabasco
1/4 cup Guldens Spicy Brown mustard
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbs Durkee Six Pepper Blend
