King Crab Puffs

Having been raised on the coast, we have a love for crab that is obvious in many of the recipes made on the show. This quick and easy baked appetizer calls for the finest lump crab meat you can find – here in Missouri, that means FedEx delivers the goods!

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups (1-1/2 lbs) lump king crab meat
3 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon tarragon, fresh
salt and pepper to taste
